Looking for a replacement motherboard

My current motherboard has a processor pin bent and i have fixed it temporarily. I'm looking for suggestions. It needs to be a socket 775, preferably 3 or more ram slots (I have 3x1Gig), a PCI X16 slot, and prefer IDE slot so i dont have to but a PCI IDE card.

I'm considering buying the same motheroard so i dont have to do anything with the os

the abit is definately better unless you plan to sli

It would be nice to know that i could upgrade to sli but i think that would be far enough away that it would be on a different build.
Also is the abit compatible with my E4300?
