Default Looking for a Quiet, Sturdy, Cool Case for Under 100$

Can anyone help me? Some I was looking at was the Aerocool Engine 3T or the Thermaltake Soprano. I want it to be Really quiet and keep my stuff really cool.

Lian-Li makes cases that run very cool, because of the way the airflow is engineered.

The Lian-Li is $90, and an excellent case. You may want to pick up some less noisy case fans for it though.
