Default looking for a program

Is there a program that combines disk clean up, scan disk and disk defragmentation(with the swap file at the front of the HD) all into one? For free?

I don't think that TuneUp Utilities 2006 has an actual Disk Defragmentation utility, it just checks to see if the fragmentation is too high or not. It's about the only thing it's missing, hopefully they include a proper Disk Defrag utility in the next version. Apart from that, it's a wicked program. . For now I just use DiskKepper 10 to Defrag the Hard Drive, though, that isn't free either.
