Humm...weird. It's ATX. Try flipping the card so it faces down or up and see if it fits.

OK. Then it is an ATX form factor.

When looking down over the top of your X1300, which side is the back mounting plate on, left (same as the cooler and components) or the right?

Hmm. . .
It should work then. You are putting it in long black slot correct?

Basically to fit it in, there is the long insert slot closest to the back panel and then the small insert slot. To fit this card in it would have to be the small insert slot closest to the back panel and then the long slot.

If you understand what i mean...

Nope, I'm confused. But then, that's not hard to do.

Are you saying that the card uses the small white PCIe connector on the motherboard?

Will try get some pics tonight, because im at work just now

I'll try explaining again though with pics already on the net...

Pic 1

Ok, so im using the white slots. The Graphics card i have basically is the wrong way round. The small entry slot (right side of the white slot on the pic) would need to be on the left for my card to fit.

That any clearer?

The long white slot is a standard PCI slot for cards such as sound cards, ethernet adapters, etc. Since you said the X1300 is a PCI-Express card, it would go in the long black slot on your motherboard.

This is your motherboard correct:
