Question Looking for a laptop

I'm looking for something that is under 3000 (Canadian). Preferably not a mac since I want to be able to run counterstrike and a few other games on it so I would have to buy windows xp seperately. I was looking at some of the alienware ones but there all pretty expensive and they cost a lot to ship to canada. Also something where you can pay it over 6 months or a year would be nice but isn't necessary. If anyone could reccomend me something that would be great.

ASUS makes some nice ones. Dell has the XPS series, which is quite frankly, very good. Sager is a good, but expensive brand. Toshiba is okay, mainly for media centers. It really depends on your preference.
