Default Looking at a GPU for my new comp-

I was looking at this GPU to run FSX. It's going into this mobo. Is this a pretty good card for the price?

and will it work with the mobo?

Also, if you know of better prices, let me know

Thanks for the help, and when I get more items together, I'll be sure to get your input

If you really don't want to spend that much there is an MSI version of the 8800GTS available for $285: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127323
An 8800GT is still a great bargain though.

Yes, the 8800GTS is a bit faster than the 8800GT you selected. It has more stream processors and is clocked higher.

Here are some benchmarks of the 8800GTS 512MB vs the 8800GT 512MB: http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/vid...b_8.html#sect0 The 8800GTS also has a better reference cooler than the 8800GT, but a lot of sellers have modified the 8800GT's cooler.
