Default Looking for a decent CHEAP laptop

Hi all,
I could use some help in finding a decent laptop (preferably under $200CAD). I'm not really sure what to look for so i dont really want to look on ebay/kijiji type sites. I'd like it to be able to:
-play HD movies (using VLC) on my HDTV via HDMI cable.
-Win7 would be nice.
-Decent processing power for me to install and use Adobe web suite.
-AMD or Intel, whatever is better bang for the buck.
-WIFI N would be nice.
-good enough screen and power to be able to stream/watch the world cup outside in my backyard full screen.

Refurbs are fine. I'm in the Toronto area so i have every computer store in close enough distance to go in and pick up.

Hopefully someone can help with suggestions, thanks.

Shoot lower. Way lower. $200 could buy you a very basic netbook. That means something like an Eee 900/900A.

You need more like $500 minimum for what you described. Even that would be a massive stretch.

I meant $500 for a system like he described. Mwave sells Eee PCs for like $160 now.

windows 7 provides the wireless vga thing, has a Intel HD video chip, and the atom is a little less powerful than a 1.5Pent-M. But yes, if he want somthing that will play a decen tgame, well, decently, with a huge screen, he will have to spend $500 - $700...
