Looking to buy a new 23" LCD

I am looking to buy a 23" LCD monitor to replace my 19" LCD Hanns G WS JW199D. Budget is around $200.

I would like to get one with 1080p.

The third link has 2ms GTG response time. Is that better than regular 2ms? The first Samsung has a higher resolution than the rest. Why is that and is that a good thing?

I don't know why but my gut keeps telling me to get the LG in the third link.

I have always heard good things about Samsung. Which one would pick? Any better suggestions?

I would go with the last one. I have always preferred to have ASUS monitors. They just seem to be sharp and clearer for some reason when compared side to side to other monitors.

On the response time, what does 2ms GTG mean? Is that better than regular 5ms response time?

I think I have made my decision.
