I ment 15$ more gives you alot more oc potential

5770 have less features and slower

From what I've seen, the 5770 is a far better option than the GTS450. I have an HD5770, and I love it. I upgraded from a GTS250, and I don't even notice the lack of PhysX (except when playing Mirrors Edge, but I use my GTS250 as a PhysX card, and you can easily do the same with your 9600GT, it's more than capable)
