Default logmein.com/gotomypc, etc.

would anyone suggest any of these programs or any other. can anyone explain how they work and are they safe to use?

You can't remove the recycle bin off the desktop.

those are programs that let you acess your pc from any pc that is connected to the internet

so is it a real type of access, like i can really mess around with my computer safely? (files, music, email clients and all that)

You can hide the Recycle Bin by right-clicking the desktop and going to Arrange Icons By > Show Desktop Icons.
