if the red led is flashing it means its not in its dock properly, you gotta fiddle around with it a bit until the green leds start flashing, thats when you know its charging
should the mouse be on or off to charge? Ive been fiddeling around with it and there is really no other position i can put the mouse in to take a charge....
Anyone have any ideas?
Ahh i got it.
Originally I had the charger plugged into the last empty space on my plug bar. I switched it to a wall outlet and its taking the charge.
