Default Logging On problem...

Everytime I turn my computer on i get the little login box even though i only have one user and no password. I have to press OK to get past this and its abit of hassle every time i need to come on just wondering how i can change it. When i go to control panel and click "change the way users log on or off" it gives me an error saying:

Any help would be great

I dont think that would do the job, uninstall Netware, it should be able to do it then.
