Default Locking Programs/Folders

Hey guys, I have a question for you. As far as security goes. Is it possible to create PW prompts? Lets say I want to block the internet, can I lock it? Same for folders, Can, and if so, How do you create PW prompts to access/view folders?

For the internet you can use the free version of ZoneAlarm which includes a firewall and can lock the internet.

Well with folders you could use a program like folderprotect I believe it is or you could just hide it under the view tab in folder options if you are using XP.

EDIT-http://www.softstack.com/fileprotpro.html <That link should help!

Open help and support in the start menu and search for ENCRYPT.
