Default A Little Help: PS and Vid Card?

I am not a expert on hardware, I never replaced a power supply or added a vid card.

My computer is a E-Machine T1352G-03W specs:
CPU : AMD Athlon™ II X2 Dual-Core Processor 260u
(1.8GHz | 2MB Total Cache)
Operating System : Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Chipset : NVIDIA® GeForce® 6150 SE Chipset
Memory : 4096MB DDR3 Dual-Channel Memory
Used Slots: 2 × 2048MB, | 2 Slots (Available)
4 DDR3 Slots (Total) - Expandable to 8GB
Hard Drive4 : 640GB 7200rpm SATA

and here is a link to my computer if more info if needed:
eMachines Official Site - Desktop - ET1352G-03w Product Details

I would like to add a 500 watt power supply from Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more! but which will fit and how do I know what will fit? I would hate to order online only to send it back.

Also, would like to get a video card, wth my computer specs and a 500 watt power supply what should or can I get from www.newegg.com? (I would like a video card that can get me by playing World of Warcraft. It does not need to be maxed video settings, but I don't want to play the entire game on low settings like I need to do now, and currently can't do any large raids because of low frame rate.)

I would like to keep my spending around $150.00.

If you need to know any more info just ask.
