Liquid Cooling Pump/Reservoir

I'm looking into liquid cooling and I came across 2 pump/Reservoir items that both looked identical, I compared the Specs and there EXACLY the same but ones a bit cheaper.

From what I've read the more expensive one is the “new revision with more power” but the specs read exactly the same, Should I just buy the cheaper one because to me they look exactly the same.
Any ideas or any recommendations for a better pump it doesn't have to be a combo.

Just go with the cheaper one. They are the same, except they are branding one as the "Ultra" version, but no difference. And the "new revision with more power" looks to be a load of crap as well. They just changed the wording slightly to trip ya up.
