Default Liquid Cooling

If I were to buy a full high performance liquid cooling system, how safe would it generally be if I set everything up right?

If it is setup completely right, you should not have a problem.

It shouldn't be too hard with the right parts. There are some nice kits available that have full instructions and all the parts needed for installation.

Here are a couple of good kits that can get you started:

Swiftech H2O-120 Premium Liquid Cooling Kit

Petra'sTech CoolKit Basic - Rev.2
