Default Liquid Cooled PSU

Hey All, In my Search for a ultra quiet computer, Does anyone know of any Liquid Cooled PSU's, i know thermaltake has a fanless, but i think it would be pretty cool, but also dangerous, cause of the liquid to have a liquid cooled PSU....

i seen a couple of liquid cooled computers and about 1 liquid nitrogen cooled computer and that had frost and water drops all over it!
and theres not usale a problem with them unless someone cuts the tubes that carry the liquid to the cpu!

ummm i dont think there is a liquid colled psu but u could prob mod one. also i saw a pc that had all the parts submerged in unconductive liqquid stuff. its like water cooling and they all worked. it would be hard however to get water blocks for the psu parts since it mostly has just capacitors.
