Hi
I'm running winXp and was wondering if there's a version of Linux I can download that creates it's own partition and is entirely safe so I have a dual Bootable system with not
having to configure a bunch of stuff..Basically something to just play around with with no configuring and entirely safe so I can keep everything i currently have on my computer?

Tom

all linux distros have to be installed in a different partition.
And you don't really need to configure much, at least with both kubuntu and suse you had to just install it and it was working fine.

First thing IMO there is no such thing as an entirely safe OS, there are tons of variables that could cause problems.

Im no linux expert, but ive had the most success with ubuntu, every single distro gives me wireless problems, but that just might be me and not linux:)
