Okay, I have way too many people connecting to my router, I always see so and sos xbox 360 has been connected and crap. So I want to set up a password or something in order to connect to my router. The model # is WRT54G

I'm inside the setup right now, what do I need to change on here so other computers can't connect but I can connect with my other computers?

In the wireless settings, you should see security, change it to WAP (might be WAP Personal). that will allow you to set a password.
