Default Lexar 512 Mb Jump Drive

Recently I Bought A Lexar 512 Mb Jump Drive. I Can't Get It To Work. My P.c. Is An Older Compaq, Model 5030, Using Windows 98, Standard Edition. I Have Successfully Downloaded The Driver From The Lexar Site. The Trouble Comes After The Winzip Self Extracting Files Have Been Loaded. I Get The Instruction Page But No Pictures And No Installation Wizard.

Can I Use The Jump Drive W. Standard Windows 98 And If So How Do I Install The Driver?

Yours Truly,
Greg From Chicago

I don't think so actually. I think you need to either get Windows 2000, ME (ick!), or XP. 98 Second Edition should work with a patch though.

Yup, read on the package and you shoul see something about drivers. Usally they are quite simple...just a program you need to run or somthing like that.
Desktop: Athlon 64 3700, 1024M RAM, GF 6200 TC 256M, 2x 80G, 2x DVD-RW
Laptop: Sempron 2800, 512M RAM, Unichrome, 60G, DVD-RW
Macintosh:G4 1.33GHz, 512M RAM, Radeon 9200 32M, 40G, DVD/CDRW
They get me from 0 to 1...
