What power supply should i get ?(should i get a 60$ power supply or a $100 one ?)
and what sound card for this setup ?:

if i want to over clock this processor should i get a better motherboard for it ?

dont worry about the price, but rather the quality- read reviews. and I would get a core2dou if you could afford the little extra money- they are well worth the price.
