Default Last minute check-building comp

What power supply should i get ?(should i get a 60$ power supply or a $100 one ?)
and what sound card for this setup ?:

if i want to over clock this processor should i get a better motherboard for it ?

Intel Pentium E2160 Processor
Intel DG33FBC Motherboard
XFX GeForce 8600 GT XXX Video Card
Seagate / 320GB / 7200 / 16MB / SATA-300 / OEM / Hard Drive
Corsair Dual Channel TWINX 2048MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz E.P.P. Memory (2 x 1024)

dont worry about the price, but rather the quality- read reviews. and I would get a core2dou if you could afford the little extra money- they are well worth the price.

get a 20 dollar generic one. never failed me before.
