i already have keyboard and mouse and screen i plan on running xp and i dont plan on overclocking anytime soon but it would be cool

Not exactly future proof. If I was building right now I would wait until I had enough to afford a C2D. I would also get a more trusted brand name of RAM, Corsair would be my choice. If you want to overclock eventually I heard you may not be able to with some Intel mobos. I personally hate the case. I'd rather have one with a metal frame, the face plates for the optical drives must also be clear to match it or it just looks weird.

I'm sure other people will have stuff to say about it.

Technically, everything will work, but I have never heard RAMBO RAM, lol. You're missing a power supply though. The picture looks like it comes with one but the fine print says the PSU is not included. I don't really think you need two optical drives. The DVD burner does it all.

Antec SmartPower 2.0 SP-500 500 Watt Power Supply

It's a bit pricey, but it's the only I really see that is good on geeks.com. I guess you can go with the cheaper model if you wish....

Powmax Assassin 500W 20+4-Pin SATA/ATX Power Supply Blue)

i have power supply listed i belive its number 6

I don't like anything "value", so the obvious choice is Corsair. I really admire the Geil RAM. Micron makes some of the best memory around, but expensive!!!

ValueRAM is actually cheap for good quality. Kingston's very good.

Now, as far for your motherboard and CPU, I'd change the mobo for an ASUS P5KC and the CPU to a Core 2 Duo E6400-6700.
