Default Large enough PSU for this gaming build?

I currently have

Asus M4A89GTD Pro
AMD Phenom II X6 Six-Core @ 3.0ghz
Corsair H50 Liquid cooling HeatSink
8GB DDR3 G.Skill RipJaw 1333mhz
Silverstone 850 Watt PSU
1TB HDD
Crossfired Sapphire 6870 Core Clocked
10x 120mm fan

Do you think that I need a larger power supply? I did just buy a dual 24 pin psu adapter so I can add another 500watts for my crossfired 6870s.

You should be perfectly fine. Do you have a link for the PSU? It's way more about Amps and 12v rails than it is about wattage, but I know silverstone has quality products, so the amperage should be fine and you should be fine.

850W is more than enough for your rig. The Sapphire 6870's are pretty efficient beasts.
