Default Laptops for my grandma, need a review...

I need a cheap but reliable laptop for my grandma, she wants namebrand but wants it to be less than $1000

my mom has the acer (well a similar one) and it works great.

get her a mac, they're more user friendly, especially for Grandma's, and they're easier to navigate

alright well it was my opinion...well actually my grandma's...haha...,
she has one and loves it over xp, don't know why...i highly disagree with her, but from my grandma's opinion, i was assuming it would be similar to other grandmas lmao but nevermind...that was my fault

Well if she has a mac, then no need to change to Xp its just going to take her longer to understand how to use it. I guess then you should go with mac...

SHE ALREADY KNOWS HOW TO USE WINDOWS 98 SO IT WILL BE EASIER TO FOR HER TO LEARN XP...
