Since laptop keyboards are a bit different from PC keyboards, will I get any bad or unexpected results using a PC keyboard connected to my laptop?

what, you mean plugging in an external keyboard?
the difference is only function keys, and no one uses those anyway!

The laptop at work has a docking staton and an external keyboard. I'm just trying to eliminate various items that would slow a computer down and cause programs from the internet to have functionality problems, other than RAM, size of harddrive, viruses and malware.
Thanks for you response. If you think of anything more, let me know, haplyss |
