Default Which laptop would you choose?

Alright well currently as of earlier, I purchased this puppy online.
CLICK ME FOR DELL!

But, some would like to argue that I should have purchased this?
CLICK ME FOR TOSHIBA!

As an all around PC user, gamer, and multi-tasker. Which would you guys say is the better bang?
Now, the order hasnt gone through fully, SO. I can get both these laptops at staples for the same exact price. (Just the Dell has a normal battery, not 7hr)
What would you guys choose?

Thats what I figure and everything. The i5 seems like it'd have a much greater performance rate than the Phenom II.

Whats the significance of an i5 (Dual core) Difference vs a Quad core anyways? I mean, logically from the sounding, you'd think that the Quads better. But, Is it because the i5 has the same architecture of an i7? I mean, i understand it runs at the performance of a quad core, is that correct?
