Default laptop for vectorworks/ photoshop. graphics requirements

hi guys, my friend is an architect and looking for a new laptop.

he uses Vectorworks and Photoshop in his work, is this laptop powerful enough and does it have sufficient graphics capability to run Vectorworks and Photoshop smoothly? He doesn't know because he normally uses a Mac, i think it's probably powerful enough but i'm not sure about the graphics card.

He ideally wants a Toshiba and at least a 17 inch screen but would be happy with a Sony if i could find him a better one for similar money.

what do you think of the Toshiba P300-1AY?

many thanks
