Default laptop tv card

is there a way to add a tv tuner card into a laptop, if so where does it install too?

p.s. is there a infrared attachment w/ remote such as the one with the new imacs?

Here are a bunch of TV tuners on Newegg for your PCMCIA slot:

As for remotes, I know they make them, but I couldn't seem to find any. A Google search will probably dig something up.

im sorry i dont know too much about expansion bays and stuff, but i guess that would just go in the slot where the extra wireless card would be... and are there any compatibility issues i need to worry about such as video cards or anything like that (besides the system requirements)

also with the 50 dollar one, it doesnt look like the normal cable inputs, is it?
