laptop siezing up with WoW

I remember when I had this problem.well kinda.My procceser wasnt popped all the way in and would restart or turn off my computer.So maybe their is some loose hardware?I dont know Im a noob.I dont think thats the prob but you know

ok i have a feeling this is caused by a heating issue because i am now using dual screen set up and i dont get NEARLY as many FPS spikes....is there anything i can do to maintain this temp on my laptop without having to use a second monitor?

There are cooling stations avalible that rest under laptops, and are designed to pull heat away. I have yet to see one on newegg or any sites like it, but my work has it.
