LMAO! So you have never actually seen it work then? If you bought it off someone call them and return it. If you got it off dell call them. If you got it for free pull it apart and start testing parts.
If you don't know much about testing parts I recommend taking it to a computer shop because labtops are a bit more complex than a desktop. Tearing apart I mean.
It really could be anything IE CPU/Memory/Bad screen.
