Not normal I ask for help but after countless of time stripping it down to the motherbored I can't really see what problem it has.
My friends laptop restarts when it is turned on, no screen has been posted, I'm not 100% sure of the fault but as soon as you turn it on, it will just restart every 7seconds...
Has anybody else had this sort of problem? And what did it turn out to be, I don't think many could answer this as it's a ticky one, and even me of all people can't see to understand the mismalfunction.
You can throw anything for me to try, but without k/bored and cd drive I've tried, tried with 1 memory, reset the cpu, the cmos battery is soliderd on, can't be took of unless snapped off, and I don't have a resoilder kit.
Tried without HDD, tried without audio connectors, tried without the battery.
I think what it could be is to much V going to the laptop, when he gave me his charger it was set to 24v and the laptop is only 19v, which I have changed, so could it be this? He has most likely damaged the battery and maybe the laptop.. any input?
