Laptop question

New to the forums and just wanted to ask a question on a laptop Im looking at. It's a compaq with a amd 3400+ and 1gb of ram and an 80gb hard drive. I asked on someother fourms and they said dont get it becasue its from sams, which i dont understand. They said sams uses cheaper parts and thats why its so cheap, but the specs look good to me. So could you help me out and voice your opinon on this? Thanks in advance. Also I will use it for mainly internet word, excel, and maybe games like call of duty. Thanks heres the link to it

OK first of all, sam didn't build it, so what are those ppl talking about and secondly ...COMPAQ made it which isn' tthe best company to purchase. ALthought the specs are great, excluding the crappy vid card.....but it seems to be a decent laptop, check to see if it has the XVGA or whatever that makes the picture look like glass, sooooooo crisp mmmmmmmm
