I'm not really sure what to go for so would appreciate any help. If there are any others that you think are better than the ones I suggest please let me know. I don't want to pay more than £600.

I'd go with this ram. Mostly because it has 512mb ram, and it's also cheaper than most of the other ones.

They have great deals on laptops and desktops.

You have to think about what you want. Always go for a Mobile Sempron over a Celeron M, but any Pentium M should be bought if you can afford it, unless it's an old one with 1MB cache.

I reccommend 512MB RAM, unless you really need 1GB.
