Default Laptop GPU question

Hey I know laptops are s***** for gaming but this one looks good so just wanted to know will a GeForce GT 520M be good

I have the lower spex 310M and thats not bad at running most games on lowest of low graphics (not super new games) so the 520m i would assume would be much better
check the vids on youtube of people running that card on games GeForce GT 520M - YouTube

isn't minecraft a fairly low specs requiring game? I think it should run it fine.

Judging by this Minecraft System Requirements and Minecraft requirements for PC Games you're gonna be ok with that GPU. I had a GF 8400 once upon a time and it was a rubbish card.

Cant see why it shouldnt you look at other games it can run. If you do get problems have a look at this Minecraft Lag Spike of Death - L.S.O.D of terror and doom - Minecraft Forum its a mod to make the game run smoother

I have a 5 year old laptop and a 6 month old netbook that plays Minecraft just fine. You can buy a $299 laptop and it'll play Minecraft. >.<
