Exclamation Laptop error

i have a laptop and for some reason every so often or when i open a new window a message comes up saying:

the instruction at "0x7c901010" referenced memory at "0x00000080". the memory could not be "read".

click on ok to terminate the program
click cancel to debug the program

i have tried both those options and it just keeps on coming up with it. does anybody know why its doing it.

Default Re: Laptop error

It Could be your RAM or your pagefile, try booting up the laptop into THIS boot disc, and run memtest86+ and see wether your RAM is ok,and then do a hardrive test of some sort to see wether or not its your hardrive.
