Laptop crashing problem. Really need help

well,so i got a MAJOR problem on my laptop.

Laptop: fujitsu siemens AMILO Xa 2528
Graphic card: GeForce 9500 GT
I've had this laptop for slightly over a year now and bought it new.
2 days ago i started having a major problem on it.
When i turn it on, its starts normal until the windows loading sign, after that it starts flickering from black to light and i see weird stripes sometimes. also the mouse appears sometimes. I tried everything including resetting the laptop to factory settings but it doesnt seem to work at all.

I'm not familiar with laptops. I would suggest making sure the vents/fans are clear to make sure it's not overheating. The flickering video would seem to indicate a graphics problem. Have you tried contacting the manufacturer about the problem?
