Default Laptop capable of 8GB RAM

Does anybody of any laptop models that support up to 8GB or more of RAM?
I'm looking for an upgrade from my current Alienware m15x. It only supports 4GB and the single 8800M is not powerful enough for certain tasks. Has NVIDIA released their 9-series cards (or any GX2/Ultra cards) for MXM?

I've heard of other laptops supporting SLI but I need the memory capability more. Any suggestions?

The Dell XPS M1730 supports up to 4 GB of RAM and has dual 8800 mobile GPUs. It's expensive as hell though, but it is a pretty decent lappy.

Oh, also its replacement must support the Core2Extreme X9000. My m15x has one and I absolutely love it, and I don't think I can go back

Although if there really isn't any other option, i'll look at that Dell. Thanks!

1, You need to run a 64 bit platform, and 2 you need a motherboard that can support that much ram.I cant think of any notebook MOBOs that will support 8 gigs.
