Default laptop

I have a laptop with a blinking green light and the screen refuses to come on. How do i get it to appear???????

if there is a little screen icon on one of the F buttons press "fn" and that button with the little screen on it and it might come on

dunno then, on my old laptop i had to play around with it a bit to get it to work

Try pressing the power button. A blinking green light indicates that the laptop is on standby.

i pressed it , light stayed solid for about 5 seconds, then continued blinking

As a last resort, reinstall the battery - take it out, wait, put it back in.
