Laptiop Proccessor Compatability - Will It Work?

Ive been wanting to do this since i bought the laptop, but I didn't know if it would work or not. I first looked at a similar proccesor, slightly faster, but not quite fast enough for my taste, so i found the socket numbers of both, 754, and looked for the highest end cpu out there, on ebay, at least, and came up with this:

Mobile Amd Athlon 64 x2 TK-57 @ 1.9Ghz Dual Core.

I know it is possible to get to the CPU, because my dad replaced a faulty cpu cooler (I still have the defective one) a while back. I would Like to know if this proccessor would work in my laptop, I will post specs below.
