Default Kingston Ram for a server

ok my friend has found some of this ram: ktv-ms610/4096 in a skip. still in its packaging and untouched. he would liek to know what it is for and how good it is. also what can it fit into? the most he could tell me the serial above and a qiuck search on google told me its kingston and worth a few quid and is 200 pin and about 83Mhz and there are four sticks all one gig. i would google it abit more myself but i really havnt got the time coz im workign so i can go to africa.

he also found an alphaserver ds10 so could anyone tell me about that as well please.
