Default Kingston HyperX

Is this new HyperX stuff mainly for OCing, or is there a difference between the Kingston HyperX PC3200 and the normal kIngston PC3200.

I'm confused about this, because if there is a difference w/o OCing, i might as well get the Hyperx, but if its only for Ocing, then ill just get the regular cuz im not gonna oc. thanks
