they are both made by evga, same specs, same price, but one has a dual slot fan, while the other won an award, and was sold most.

now it went back to being $150, but its free shipping now.

The one with the dual slot will run cooler. Free shipping is nearly as good as the $10 off. The difference is only $1.03.

I think, when it comes to the companies supplying the cards, there isn't really any difference between them. The only real difference is that for example EVGA have a step up program in the US.
If another make was cheaper though, I wouldn't go spending like £50 more on a supposed better supplier, when they'll function exactly the same.

what about $30 more?'
btw, now i am back using my old X700.
it used to make this burnt smell before, but now it doesnt.
for those that wonder why i am not using my X1950, is because i am selling it to my friend tonight for $50, so if i buy the leadtek, it would be like $70 for an 8800GT
but still need opinions if i should get the leadtek or the evga
found out that the leadtek is only 256mb GDDR3, while the evga is 521 mb GDDR3

Leadtek makes a very good video card. I've had many of their video cards and each one ran great. :D

Yea, you don't want the 256MB cards as they use the older G84 GPU.
