Default keyboard stops working

Well when I start this old computer I hit esc to go to the boot menu. I want to install a new OS. When I get to it, I cant hit enter to start the install. Its like it shuts off the keyboard. Ive tried both us and ps/2 keyboards.

Whats funny is it worked fine a few days ago. WTF!

Sometimes it does that for me a little but comes back on later. Have you tried going through the whole install yet to see if it works again?

That's the problem 63083, his keyboard stops working before he can even start the install.
