Hi there, I am having problems with my keyboard and mouse not working; I tried all the USB ports and different set of keyboard and mouse as well. Keyboard and mouse do not work even during boot and I can't enter bios. I am also receiving a strange error when windows loads, some nvcpl.dll error. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks.

nvcpl.dll is an nVidia file, but if you can give us whole error it would help more.

As for your usb ports, they just don't work on boot up, or they won't work even when the OS is booted?

Did they work before?

Did you just re-install your system?

Does anything else work in the USB port?

Does the device manager show and conflicts with the usb hub?

He cant do anything if neither his keyboard nor mouse work ;)

As for the problem, get a PS2 keyboard and go into the BIOS and enable USB mouse\keyboard as input devices. There should be an option relating to something like that.
