Default keyboard issues

i just got a new keyboard and its nicer than my last one but one problem ive found with it is quite a big one, it wont let me press 3 keys at the same time, i can press 2 then when i go to press a third it just doesnt work, is there anything i can do about this?

so if you press alt, ctrl, delete it won't work??

All I can think of is the drivers, thats really wierd.

I would say go and get a refund, or an exchange, it has to be faulty.
