Default just put PC together, wont boot

Just finished installing everything on my computer that I mentioned in my other thread. I go to boot the computer up, fans all light up and spin, cpu heatsinks spins, keyboard doesn't respond, mouse doesn't and monitor doesn't then just shuts off and turns back on and keeps going.

have you made sure that the ram is installed properly.
as far as i know you need to use slot 1 and 3 if you have 2 ram chips.
if you have 3 it is slot 1 2 and 3.
check the manual.
