It wll be under RAM settings or DIMM settings, most likely in the area near your CPU settings and FrontsideBUS speeds etc etc. Look for it. ALso, I thought of another possible issue.

Who made the original RAM, and who makes the new RAM? Tell me the maker, and I will give you good or bad news based on it.
