cheaper. Because OEM doesn't come with the fancy box and extra features. OEM is basic. Item and drivers, idk if it comes with manual or not.

Well I'm getting kind of sick of looking for parts for this. I'm going to put my list aside for now and try and find parts to build the cheapest computer i can, just for the lulz.
