I have a problem opening jpegs in one of my systems folders. the thumbs aere there but when i try to open, print, or copy them i get various messages. windows picture and fax viewer says no preview available. adobe photoshop says access is denied and i can't get internet explorer to open them either.
I hate to lose these photo and in fact i discovered this problem when i was loading them to snapfish for hard copies.
any help is appreciated greatly.
